Principal

Peyman Horri

Peyman has developed real estate in the City of Dallas since 1996, with a particular focus on East Dallas, Medical District/Oak Lawn, West Oak Cliff and immediate areas surrounding Fair Park. He oversees all developments, planning, general contracting and sales decisions for FPC. In his spare time Peyman enjoys traveling and preparing unique cuisines for friends and family.

Project Manager

Derrick Castile

Derrick oversees site supervision and management of construction crews. He is also the Development Liaison to the city of Dallas for FPC. His projects include multifamily and townhome construction in East Dallas, Medical District/Oak Lawn, West Oak Cliff and immediate areas surrounding Fair Park. Aside from managing the field, Derrick assists with planning and budgeting projects for Fair Park Central.
